Alicia was very knowledgeable and professional. She was excellent at communicating precisely what she was working on and why and really took the time to find specific areas to work on based on her observations. She acted upon my feedback and was very thorough with instructions on what I could do by way of exercises and stretches that I could do on my own to continue recovering. I have known Alicia for 25 years. I think it is wonderful that she is still giving the best massages one can get. I’ve had several nagging sports injuries from younger days which has limited my ability to do yard work and play golf. Alicia has a tremendous ability to find your unique ailment and fix it!!
